The care I received from the healthcare professionals themselves was top-notch! I was served by the sweetest PA, Michelle, who was competent and very fast-acting! Her colleague as well was super nice and understanding— both were wonderful. Everyone was super sweet and personable, except, the people we interacted with probably the most— the secretary, or office staff. Very cold, apathetic, and business-like. The last way I wanted to be treated. They were so incompetent and distant when they talked to us and addressed; it felt like they didn’t even care what happened to us. Oh well- everyone else was terrific! 5 stars for them, and the girls in the front- 1 star.

Medical assistance / NP extremely rude. I brought my son in today. She told me he is 18 and I can’t go back with him. Which I would understand under normal circumstances. However I told her I needed to provide her critical medical information. She continued to be rude. And said I could not come back with him. We know our young adults do not always communicate every thing that would be vital. I squeezed my way back anyway. And she went through his medical history and he said he had none. I knew he was not going to provide the correct information and I tried to explain that to her but she rudely cut me off. My son just spend 2 months on life support after being stabbed multiple times in the lungs heart and liver. And was decannulated after being trached for over a month after being on life support for two months. Instead of trying to shut the door in my face or basically telling me to shut up. She could have come with a different approach and tried to understand my concern and get the information she needed.After she finished getting his vital signs and asking his medical history. My son did not provide that information as I knew he wouldn’t. I stopped and advised her of his medical history and let her know that is why I needed to come back, it is critical for them to have that information. Especially with the symptoms he currently has!!! Never again will I ever come back to this place. It takes two seconds to listen to someone and understand them instead of shutting them down and being rude.

Quick and efficient service. Staff was very friendly and the Doctor was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything very well and made sure no questions or concerns went unaddressed. We will definitely be going back in the future when need be.

I booked an appt ahead of time. once I arrived the sign in process and registration went by fast. Did not wait longer then 5min after filling out my paper work when I was called back. The nurse practitioner who assisted me was very nice. Will definitely go back again.

Every time I visit, whether it’s for a sports physical, a sick kiddo, or a vaccination, the staff is always amazing and friendly. Prompt and courteous service and no BS when it comes to billing and what my copays are. Thanks Michael L. for always being cheerful. Excellent service and the entire establishment looks amazing. And thank you Dr. Stavinoha for your concern and impeccable bedside manner.

The service here was great, we came in on a Thursday afternoon and they had about two patients waiting before us out in the lobby. We were all seen within a 30 minute window. The Dr. was great, he came in checked my daughter and gave us our prescriptions quickly. Definitely recommend.

It was truly a great experience… without being able to go to our Normal one on 43rd Ave and Bell we where sent here and I’m sure Happy we did….I was lacking my daughter’s info but the receptionist at the front desk went above and beyond to insure I had the information and made it so comfortable when I was unsure if they would help…they were all great… including both nurses…I would recommend them anytime… love the vibe in the building…stay Blessed

I made an appointment so I was quickly in an out. Sarah and Dan were so great! They listened, thoroughly explained and had a plan for me to get better fast. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable which made me comfortable and feel cared for.

The care we have received from Banner Urgent Care is excellent for the most part. It’s so easy to schedule. The staff have been great each time we have been in. They do have a couple Nurse Pracitioners that do not provide the same quality of care the others provide. It’s time to update the waiting room chairs and start using the monitors.

If I could give 0 stars I would. People are dying due to COVID and these companies take your insurance money to test them don’t have anything to say when they can’t find your data that THEY submitted. They directed me straight to Sonoraquest and to make an account and I did. When calling sonoraquest they had ABSOLUTELY no info with my test as if they didn’t receive it. Then I called labcorp and the same thing. Sad is what this company is.

This urgent care is absolutely wonderful! The staff is amazing!!! Marina and Billie at the front are so sweet and helpful. They were very patient with me and answered all of my questions.

First and last visit! I was literally playing phone tag with an Akos employee and my local pharmacy. My pharmacy had no record of my order, so I contacted Akos who stated my order had been sent. After going back and forth Akos then stated to the pharmacist they never sent the order in and couldn’t do anything until the next day. Now I have to wait an additional 24 hours for my medication because the order was never sent in. This location is open 24 hours and my order can’t be sent in? Ridiculous!

The staff at Concentra were professional and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The building was easy to find including their signage outside was easy to spot. Only thing I would say that needs improvement is to add more chairs in the waiting room.

Excellent job front desk real helpful. Shot lines very little waiting. Lab technician was totally outstanding went over the process, professionally labeled my sample and place in the lab thingy and I was on my. I’d say the whole process took about 15 min from start to finish.

My physical therapist Enis is amazing. He’s been so patience and understanding dealing with my frustration on being hurt. But I can definitely tell the difference after each visit that my injury is getting better. It’s always a joy to see not only him but everyone’s welcoming faces.

I have never experienced a service like the one I experienced the day of my visit. Whom ever the person or young lady that took the urine samples was totally unprofessional. And so were the technicians . All around unprofessional. That service sucked. And it started with the urine collection technician. That is what the young generation represents these days. Unprofessionallism.
