I had a great experience Sunday night May 2 2021 in the ER. Staff recognized my condition and expedited my entry (greatly appreciated!). John (EMT) checked my vitals and was very personable and calming. My doc was exceptional as well as my nurse and Sonia from registration. excellent experience overall, everyone was very attentive and kept a good eye on me. Everyone was also very friendly and empathetic. Kudos to your hospital and staff!

My husband was a patient at banner estrella for 14 days due to covid. He never received a shower or sponge bath. They changed his sheets only 1 time. He was able to move to a chair but they did nothing. It was like they stuck him in a room and just kept him fed and medicated. That’s just plain mistreatment. They had full ppe. If I could do no stars I would.

Came here with my mother since I started feeling chest/heart pain and the school nurse told us that I should get it checked out. It’s been over 5 entire hours, they called us up after 3 hours after we arrived to only take my blood pressure and check my height. We’ve been waiting for 2 more hours and most patients that arrived after us have already gotten called in and left. When we went in to get my blood pressure and height checked, the nurse told us that there weren’t any open rooms yet there were about 3 unoccupied rooms. There’s a man sitting right across from us on the verge of falling asleep/fainting out of exhaustion and the workers at the front desk don’t bother with the people who have been waiting here for hours.

Overall, it was a terrible experience. I’m still waiting to get called in as I’m writing this.

Customer Service is great the Dr., nurses, medical asst’s everybody was great. But note it is a tiny hospital not an urgent care and most likely OUT OF NETWORK with your insurance. We had Humana our bill was $150 before we left thinking that was our cost till another bill came in the mail for $400. My BF went in for stitches and tetanus shot he cut his thumb with a hedge trimmer. But I could be worse he got the care and he is perfectly healed. I say if we didn’t go we’d probably be at a major hospital with a bigger bill if i had listened to him. Thank you guys!

My wife recently had to be seen here because of a gallstone and the staff and doctors here took really good care of her. I appreciate the communication and professionalism they provided.

Friendly staff. Immaculate facility. Great care. Hopefully will not need to come back but if I ever did, I am fully confident that my children would be well taken care of!

This is a quality urgent care center that I would recommend to others. The staff was friendly and professional. The wait time was reasonable and my children received good care.

When I came In 10/12 the women at the front are were not friendly. They caught an attitude right away. Since only one parent is only allowed in I wanted to fill out the paper work and she called security right away. There are better ways to handle situations. Sometimes people don’t need to be working with patients and their parents. Next time I’ll just make the drive the the PCH main Campus or Banner Thunderbird.

Person answering the phone was very rude hung up before I could even schedule my other kids in for a COVID test. Super short and seemed annoyed.

I went to Express Urgent Care-Estrella with an on-going problem. Amelia Barofski PA-C not only gave me a prompt, caring exam, but may have helped turn my problem in the right direction! I was very impressed with my experience. THANK YOU!

Front staff was rude when I stopped by just to pick up intake forms. She told me they were only seeing patients by appt. An associate called right after and staff told her that all walk-ins were accepted. I will no longer seek care there nor refer any of my patients here for care.

After a bad experience at another banner urgent care facility, this place was great!
Very clean, very timely, and actually NEVER felt like they were too busy to listen and help the people that come in as patients. The young lady at the front desk was great, even with a broken foot, she walked out into the waiting room to help patients, obviously remembering why she was there, to help the patients. Great job! This should be the training facility for all banner urgent care facilities.

Good Urgent Care!!! Not only did they really take the time to take care of me, but they have been amazing for the 3 years I have been using them for myself, or my family. The staff is sooo friendly, the visits are quick, the place is very clean. I prefer coming here over other urgent care locations.
